Abstract:
A liner for roasting equipment and an oven, the inner wall surfaces of the liner comprising a left side wall surface (1), a right side wall surface (2), a rear wall surface (3), a top wall surface (4) and a bottom wall surface (5), wherein at least part of at least one inner wall surface among all of the inner wall surfaces of the liner is configured as a curve, and the middle of the curve is sunken in towards a direction faraway from an inner chamber of the liner or towards a direction close to the inner chamber of the liner. In the described roasting equipment, at least part of the inner wall surface of the liner forms a curve, and an air flow field in the liner is improved by means of the curved design, and therefore the problem of a non-uniform temperature field in existing ovens is fundamentally solved, so that the temperature field in the inner chamber of the liner is more uniform, thereby improving the roasting effect of the roasting equipment.
