The present invention provides a lining belt feeding mechanism of a composite pipe production apparatus, and pertains to the technical field of composite pipes. The present invention resolves the problem in current devices of low product quality due to poor winding effects of lining belts. The lining belt feeding mechanism of a composite pipe production device comprises a support and a mandrel, the support being provided with a roll cover and a first tensioning rod located above the front of the roll cover, the first tensioning rod being horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the mandrel. The roll cover comprises two side plates located at left and right sides of the mandrel and oppositely disposed, and a back plate having an upwardly inclined rear side surface connected between rear side edges of the two side plates. The back plate is located above the mandrel, and the bottom edge of the back plate is connected to the bottom edges of the two side plates to form a port having a downwardly inclined opening. The mandrel penetrates through the port, and a gap allowing a lining belt to penetrate through is formed between the edge of the port and the peripheral wall of the mandrel. The present invention can ensure a winding effect of the lining belt on the mandrel, thereby improving product quality.
