Abstract:

A lining layer of a bamboo-wound composite pipe and a preparation method therefor. The lining layer comprises a natural fiber fabric layer (1) and a reinforced fabric layer (2) in sequence from inside to outside along the radial direction of the pipe. The natural fiber fabric of the natural fiber fabric layer (1) and the reinforced fabric of the reinforced fabric layer (2) are both dipped with an adhesive. The adhesive dipping rate of the natural fiber fabric is higher than 92%, and the adhesive dipping rate of the reinforced fabric is higher than 71%. The adhesive comprises a resin and a curing agent. The method comprises the following steps: first, preparing a demolding layer; pouring a layer of adhesive on the surface of the demolding layer, and then winding a natural fiber fabric so that the adhesive infiltrates the natural fiber fabric, so as to obtain a natural fiber fabric layer (1); spraying a layer of adhesive on the surface of the natural fiber fabric layer (1), and winding a reinforced fabric so that the adhesive infiltrates the reinforced fabric, so as to obtain a reinforced fabric layer (2); and then, performing curing treatment to obtain a desired lining layer. The lining layer has excellent leakage resistance and corrosion resistance, and satisfies the sanitation requirements. The preparation method features simple operation and high efficiency.
