Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technology whereby a detection object can be detected with high sensitivity. The present invention provides a linker compound represented by formula (1). (In formula (1), A represents a diazonio group, an amino group, a carboxy group, a carbonyl group, an aldehyde group, a hydroxyl group, or a nitro group, B1 and B2 may be the same or different and are each independently represented by formula (2) (in formula (2), X1 represents -NHCO- or -CH20-, X2 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, and R represents a propargyl group), and L represents an aromatic ring.)
