Background Art

In a general, a bicycle is a two-wheeled vehicle in which a pair of wheels are rotated and moved by the human power and the power kicked by the human

feet is transferred to a rear wheel, via a pedal, a crank, and a chain.

A rate of a speed change is made to be changed according to a running condition and thereby the running speed may be adjusted. Such bicycle must have a plural of saddles on its frame itself to constitute a high-occupancy cycle and also a driving part must be provided with in such bicycle as much as predetermined numbers according to a number of saddles. In such high-occupancy bicycle, the installation of a plural of chains to be driven in such bicycle must inevitably accompany with a big power because a plural of sprockets to be driven in case of a two-occupancy functions as a load resulting from being engaged with one chain and therefore the human big power must be required to running in such bicycle.

In addition, its frame itself must be manufactured as a high-occupancy and so it is to increase a layout, a production equipment, and a manufacture cost according to the production of a bicycle for a special use.

Therefore, it has been suggested that a development is required with a high-occupancy cycle capable of individually adhering with the coupling of a plural of one-occupancy cycles.

Moreover, a structure that a frame itself at a bicycle may be coupled to a ricksha must be changed in case of coupling the ricksha to the bicycle and the coupling of a connection part to a rotation sphere to be rotated is made to be used so that a position change may be adopted according to a weight of the ricksha and a bicycle steering and therefore it is uneconomic to specially manufacture a bicycle for a ricksha.

At this time, a bicycle changed in its structure muse be used only for a ricksha because the bicycle may be not suitable for using a bicycle itself in the state of removing a ricksha and therefore, it is low to have a use efficiency resulting from reducing a universal scope of its use.

Moreover, it is other object of the invention to provide a linking device for a high-occupancy cycle and ricksha, in which a coupling axis of a coupling part capable of coupling a ricksha to a connection part of a bicycle is connected simultaneously with forming a up and down rotation sphere and connecting a left and right rotation sphere and the up and down rotation sphere to be rotated up and down to a hinge pin and also is transversely rotated on basis of the hinge pin during the up, down, left, and light rotating, and an engagement unit is formed in the front face of the rickshaw to engage the engagement unit with the connection member so that the ricksha may be coupled to the bicycle with being freely rotated up, down, left, and right from the bicycle, therefore adjusting the rotating of a big ricksha from the rotating part, simultaneously with enhancing an assembly

efficiency by coupling to the bicycle.

Also, it is further other object of the invention to provide a linking device for a high-occupancy cycle and ricksha, in which a coupling part at the front of the bicycle is coupled to a connecting part formed in a carrier shape at the back side of a bicycle, or the coupling sphere forming the rotating part is coupled to the ricksha and therefore the bicycle and therefore the rickshaw may be connected to one connection device according to user's selection, so it is possible to enhance a universal use and a use efficiency, using a bicycle having a carrier in case of being not coupled.

The rotation part 130 is made to be rotated up, down, left, and right with the rotation on basis of the hinge pin 132, and the connection member 135 is formed on other side of the up and down rotation sphere 134. And, the ricksha 20 is connected capable of carrying out a up, down, left, and right rotation operation resulting from being engaged with the engagement unit 21 formed on the front face of the ricksha 20.

Operation of a linking device for a high-occupancy cycle and ricksha according to the present invention will be explained.

First, the connection body 111 of the connection part 100 having an

insertion hole 112 formed in a carrier shape at the back side of the bicycle 10 in case of the bicycle IOcoupling to a high-occupancy cycle, is coupled to the coupling clip 116 by the manipulation of the coupling lever 117. The coupling clip 116 is inserted and installed in the frame 11. At the state of removing the front wheel of the bicycle 10 to be coupled to the high-occupancy cycle, the coupling axis 121 which is formed on the lower of the steering handle 12 and is made to enhance a high coupling force by the tunneling working, is inserted and coupled in the insertion hole 112.

Thus, if the coupling axis 121 of the coupling part 120 is inserted in the insertion hole 112 of the connection part 100, the fixing lever 14 is made to be operated with the state of being inserted in the fixing clip 113 formed on its lower and the bicycle 10 is made to strongly be coupled, and the bicycle 10 is connected with the high-occupancy cycle according to user's needs.

At this time, the key 122 formed on the upper of the coupling axis 121 of the coupling part 120 is inserted and coupled in the key groove 115 projecting formed at one side of the insertion hole 112 of the connection part 110 and thereby preventing from the rotating, resulting in being made to enhance a steering force.

Further, the connection body 111 of the connection part 100 formed in a carrier shape at the back side of the bicycle 10 in case of coupling the bicycle 10 to the ricksha 20 is coupled to the coupling clip 116 by the manipulating of the coupling lever 117, and the coupling clip 116 is inserted and coupled in the frame 11. The rotation part 130 provided with the left and right rotation sphere 131 a stopper 133 to be rotated left or right, is inserted and coupled in the coupling unit 123 for coupling the ricksha 20. The coupling axis 121 of the coupling unit 123 which is made to enhance the coupling force by knurling working coupled at this state, is inserted and coupled in the insertion hole 112 formed at the center of the connection body 111 and therefore the ricksha 20 is connected.

Like above, if the coupling axis 121 of the frame 11 for the bicycle 10 is

inserted in the insertion hole 112 of the connection part 110 the fixing lever 114 is made to be operated at the state of being inserted in the fixing clip 113 formed on its lower and thereby connecting the bicycle 10. Also, the coupling unit 123 for coupling the ricksha 20 makes the engagement unit 21 formed the front face of the ricksha 20 to be engaged with the connection member 135 formed on the other of the rotation part 130.

Accordingly, the bicycle 10 is mutually connected with the connection part 110 formed at the back of the bicycle 10 according to user's needs and thereby a high-occupancy cycle is constituted, or a connecting device for connecting the ricksha 20 and a high-occupancy bicycle 10 for coupling the ricksha 20 are may be substituted, therefore the simple shaped connecting device for connecting the ricksha 20 and a high-occupancy bicycle 10 is utilized in various use according to user's needs to enhance an universal use.
