Abstract:

A lip cosmetic device is provided. The lip cosmetic device comprises: a body part having a front surface which is in contact with a lip portion of a person receiving a procedure; a magnetic field generating part exposed on the front surface for irradiating a magnetic field toward the lip portion; and a controlling part for controlling an operation of the magnetic field generating part, wherein blood circulation in a micro-blood vessel corresponding to the lip portion can be promoted by the magnetic field.
