Abstract:
Disclosed is a lipstick tube, comprising a base (1), a cover body (2) and a center bundle core (3). The base (1) can be closedly connected with the cover body (2) through a closing mechanism (4) to form a space for accommodating the center bundle core (3), and the center bundle core (3) is fixedly connected with the base (1). The closing mechanism (4) includes a shoulder sleeve (41) fixedly connected with the base (1), and the shoulder sleeve (41) is provided with a clamping part (411) and a sealing member (412) closedly connected with the cover body (2). The sealing member (412) is made of elastic plastics or elastic rubber, and is subjected to integral forming with the shoulder sleeve (41) by means of double-shot molding. The lipstick tube is simple and convenient to operate, has good sealing performance, prevents the internal cosmetics from volatilizing, drying and hardening, and ensures the moisturization, color retention and freshness of cosmetics. Meanwhile, the sealing member (412) made of elastic plastics or elastic rubber and the shoulder sleeve (41) are integrally formed by means of double-shot molding to realize high bonding strength, good anti-slip properties as well as a more stable and firm structure, thereby prolonging the service life of cosmetics, improving the stability, reliability and application range of the lipstick tube, and enhancing the market competitiveness of the lipstick tube.
