Abstract:
This liquefied hydrogen transportation method is provided with: a first step in which first and second loading arms are connected to a manifold while vacuum-insulated double pipes of the first and second loading arms are in a state of being filled with hydrogen gas, and while piggyback lines are in a state of including air; a second step in which an inert gas is supplied to one piggyback line from among the piggyback lines of the first and second loading arms, and a mixed gas comprising the inert gas and air is taken in from the other piggyback line from among the piggyback lines of the first and second loading arms; a third step in which hydrogen gas is supplied to the one piggyback line from among the piggyback lines of the first and second loading arms, and a mixed gas comprising the hydrogen gas and the inert gas is taken in from the other piggyback line from among the piggyback lines of the first and second loading arms; and a fourth step in which liquefied hydrogen is transported via the vacuum-insulated double pipe of either the first or second loading arm.
