Abstract:
This liquefied natural gas vaporizer is provided with: an intermediate medium evaporation unit that evaporates at least some of an intermediate medium in a liquid state by causing heat exchange between the intermediate medium in a liquid state and water; a liquefied natural gas vaporization unit that vaporizes at least some of liquefied natural gas by causing heat exchange between the liquefied natural gas and the intermediate medium in a gas state generated as a result of the intermediate medium in a liquid state evaporating in the intermediate medium evaporation unit; and a water cooling unit that causes heat exchange via a heat transfer unit between the natural gas generated as a result of the liquefied natural gas being vaporized in the liquefied natural gas vaporization unit and the water cooled by heat exchange with the intermediate medium in a liquid state in the intermediate medium evaporation unit, thereby further cooling the water.
