Abstract:
A liqueur-filled chocolate preparation process and dedicated mold used by the same, pipeline heating device and demolding tool; the preparation process comprises the steps of: filling with liquid chocolate; closing the mold; pre-cooling; heating; heating a dedicated male mold of the liqueur-filled chocolate via the pipeline heating device, such that the inner wall of a chocolate housing adjacent to an outer surface portion of the male mold is slightly melted; demolding; detaching the male mold by using a dedicated demolding tool, and leaving the chocolate housing having an inner cavity on a female mold; filling with a filling material; sealing an opening; and cooling for shaping. After the liquid chocolate is filled into the dedicated mold of the liqueur-filled chocolate, a liqueur-filled chocolate housing is formed via a mold cavity of the mold, and the male mold is heated via the pipeline heating device, such that the inner wall of the chocolate housing adjacent to the outer surface portion of the male mold is slightly melted; smoothly obtaining a liqueur-filled chocolate housing having a cavity at the center thereof made by the male mold, adding a filling material, sealing the opening, and cooling to prepare a liqueur-filled chocolate having a housing with a uniform rear portion and having a consistent amount of the filling material containing liqueur.
