Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a liquid-agent formula for hanging a simple flexible LED screen on a wall, and a laminated structure. The structure comprises a flexible transparent substrate, wherein PVB layers are fixedly connected to both a left side face and a right side face of the flexible transparent substrate, and symmetrical LED lamps are fixedly embedded in an inner wall of each PVB layer; two copper electrode layers are fixedly embedded in both the left side face and the right side face of the flexible transparent substrate; the outer surface of each copper electrode layer is fixedly connected to the LED lamps by means of tin immersion layers; and the side faces of the two PVB layers that are away from each other are bonded with glass by means of a gel layer and a liquid agent. According to the present application, a simpler wall hanging means is realized, the use of materials is reduced, a vacuum hot pressing technique does not need to be used, the advantages of reworking and ensuring a high yield can also be achieved, and by means of the formula, a flexible LED screen is tightly attached after being hung on a wall and is free of bubbles, such that the problems in the current technology whereby a flexible LED screen being disposed in dual-laminated glass not only adds one more procedure, same also cannot be repaired if there are any issues therewith in the future are solved.
