Provided is a liquid analysis device capable of automatically performing analysis using an analysis tray provided with: a plurality of recesses in which a liquid sample can be retained and a flow passage in communication with the recesses; and a connection part and a detection part capable of attaching to the connection part. The problem addressed by the present invention is solved by providing: a rotational driving means for rotating a rotary table on which the analysis tray is loaded; an injection head for holding an injection needle, the injection head being provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction and at least one direction in a horizontal plane above the rotary table; a head raising/lowering means for raising or lowering the injection head; a head moving means for moving the injection head in one direction in the horizontal plane; one or more syringes attached to a frame fixed to a device housing; a liquid delivery tube for connecting the injection needle and a corresponding syringe; a plunger raising/lowering means for moving a plunger of the syringe; and a control means for controlling driving of the head raising/lowering means, the head moving means, and the plunger raising/lowering means.
