In a liquid charged type vibro-isolating mount, a partition 22 for partitioning a liquid chamber between a vibro-isolating base 16 and a diaphragm 20 into upper and lower chambers is formed by press-working a metallic sheet, and abuts against a peripheral edge of the diaphragm 20 to cooperate with the diaphragm 20 to define an orifice passage 28 on an outer periphery of the abutting portions, which orifice passage has upper and lower liquid chambers 24, 26 communicate with each other. Since the partition 22 is formed of a press worked metallic sheet, a manufacturing cost is low. Since the peripheral edge of the diaphragm 20 is used as a wall of the orifice passage 28, the mount can be reduced in axial dimension, and is made simple in shape to facilitate press working of the partition 22.
