Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid chemical spraying system, which is provided in a place at which crops are cultivated in a wide space such as a vinyl greenhouse, thereby spraying liquid chemical over the crops and, more specifically, comprises: a controller (200), which receives air from a compressor (100), and respectively receives the liquid chemical and water from a liquid chemical storage container (110) and a water storage container (120) so as to control the flow of the air, the liquid chemical and the water; an air heater (310) and an air cooler (300), which receive the air discharged from the controller (200) by the selection of a check valve (330), so as to heat and cool the influent air; an air supply pipe (320), which receives the air discharged from the air heater (310) and the air cooler (300) by the selection of the check valve (330), so as to make air flow therethrough; a cooling water exchanger (400) for receiving and cooling the liquid chemical and the water discharged from the controller (200); a liquid chemical supply pipe (410) in which the liquid chemical and the water discharged from the cooling water exchanger (400) flow; and a liquid chemical sprayer (500), which has a storage container (510) provided at the lower side thereof and receiving the water and the liquid chemical from the liquid chemical supply pipe (410) and storing the same, has a blower fan (520) provided at the upper side thereof, has a nozzle (530) formed at the front surface thereof, and receives the air from the air supply pipe (320) so as to spray the liquid chemical and the water of the storage container (510) through the nozzle (530). The present invention relates to the liquid chemical spraying system, which is an unmanned-operating system, sprays the liquid chemical, can periodically clean the liquid chemical sprayer such that clogging of the nozzle and the like by the liquid chemical can be prevented, effectively controls the plurality of liquid chemical sprayers such that the liquid chemical can be more efficiently sprayed over a wide range, and also controls the temperature of the air, the liquid chemical and the water so as to more smoothly perform spraying and to facilitate the control of indoor temperature and humidity.
