Abstract:
The present invention provides a means for thickening a liquid component. Specifically, the provided liquid component thickener contains an oil composition, and is characterized in that: the oil composition contains an oil component containing one or more types of XXX triglycerides having a fatty acid residue X with a carbon number of x in the 1- to 3-positions of glycerol, the carbon number x is an integer selected from 10-22, and the content of the XXX triglycerides amounts to 50 mass% or more relative to 100 mass% of the oil component content; or the oil composition is a powdered oil composition, the oil component is a β-type oil, the particles of the powdered oil composition are plate-shaped; and the loose bulk density of the powdered oil composition is 0.05-0.6 g/cm3.
