Abstract:
A liquid composition comprising trans-2-(2-(5-(fluoro[ 18F])tridecyl)cyclopropyl)acetic acid, a preparation method therefor and use thereof in the preparation of a contrast agent for myocardial metabolic PET imaging. The liquid composition further comprises vitamin C and/or gentisic acid, and further comprises polysorbate 80. The preparation method comprises: mixing vitamin C and/or gentisic acid, sodium chloride and polysorbate 80 with an aqueous ethanol solution comprising vitamin C and/or gentisic acid and trans-2-(2-(5-(fluoro[ 18F])tetradecyl)cyclopropyl)acetic acid.
