Abstract:
Provided is a liquid composition having low environmental impact, and having the property of thickening or gelling through the application of strain. This liquid composition contains the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D). Component (A): an N-methyl-N-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl) fatty acid amide compound represented by formula (1) below; component (B): an N-methyl-N-(2-hydroxypropyl) fatty acid amide ester compound represented by formula (2) below; component (C): an oil-based substance; component (D): water.
