Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid-cooled conductive jack for a liquid-cooled charging socket of a new energy electric vehicle. The liquid-cooled jack (1) is shaft-shaped, with one end thereof being a jack end (1.2) for corresponding plugging of a charging gun terminal, and the other end thereof being a connection end (1.3) connected to a liquid-cooled cable, wherein the end face of the connection end (1.3) is provided with a communication cavity (1.1); and the communication cavity (1.1) extends towards the jack end (1.2), and is sealed inside the outer wall of the jack at the jack end (1.2). The liquid-cooled conductive jack for a liquid-cooled charging socket of a new energy electric vehicle not only establishes an electrical connection from the charging gun terminal to the liquid-cooled cable by means of semicircular crimping, but also structurally achieves communication between an inner coolant channel (3) and an outer coolant channel (4), so as to form a complete channel of a coolant in the liquid-cooled cable and achieve the circulation cooling for the liquid-cooled cable, such that the liquid-cooled cable can bear a high-voltage and large-current charging load in order to avoid accidents due to overheating. Due to the great increase in the charging current, the charging time of the electric vehicle is greatly shortened, thereby satisfying the requirements of a user regarding the charging time of the electric vehicle.
