Abstract:
A liquid-cooled cooler is provided with a heat sink the thermal resistance of which between a portion that is in direct or indirect contact with a heat generating element and a portion that is in contact with a cooling liquid is set to different values between different positions in a direction in which the cooling liquid circulates, and thereby the temperature difference between the upstream end and the downstream end of the heat generating element can be suppressed.
