Abstract:
Provided is a liquid cosmetic which exhibits excellent water resistance and adhesion to skin and which can be used suitably for a liquid cosmetic applicator with a brush tip or a pen core as an applying means. The liquid cosmetic comprises at least a carbon black, water, 0.5 to 5 mass% of a dispersant comprising a film-forming resin, 2 to 15 mass% (in terms of solid matter) of a film-forming agent, and 0.5 wt% or less of a surfactant, and has a viscosity within the range of 2 to 8 mPa·s when measured by an ELD type viscometer at a temperature of 25°C and a shear rate of 3.83 sec-1.
