Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal alignment treatment agent which enables the production of a liquid crystal alignment film that rarely produces cutting scraps or scratches when subjected to a rubbing treatment and does not undergo the deterioration in a voltage holding ratio even when exposed to irradiation with light.
The liquid crystal alignment treatment agent is characterized by comprising a component (A) which is a compound that has a structure having a group represented by formula [1] attached thereto, and a component (B) which is at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a polyimide precursor and a polyimide.
