Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device having an image pixel that has a first image subpixel and a second image subpixel, and a first CS bus line associated with the first image subpixel. The first image subpixel has a liquid crystal capacitance and a first auxiliary capacitance and the second image subpixel has a liquid crystal capacitance. The first CS signal voltage (Vcsa) supplied from the first CS bus line to the first auxiliary capacitance, is a frequency voltage which has a period shorter than one vertical scanning interval. The frequency voltage becomes a first and a second potential regulating the largest amplitude and a third potential therebetween, wherein when the gate signal voltage (Vg) applied to the gate bus line switches from high to low, the first CS signal voltage (Vcsa) supplied to the corresponding first CS bus line becomes the third potential.
