Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device has a conductive paste, which connects a connection pad of a TFT array substrate and a transparent conductive film of a color filter substrate, and a bank part disposed adjacent to the conductive paste in a peripheral region of the TFT array substrate. The bank part is formed such that sealing material between the color filter substrate and the TFT array substrate extends from a display region in the direction of the peripheral region in a protruding shape.
