Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and device with which, in contiguous manufacturing of a liquid-crystal display panel, only a regular sheet is sent to a site for bonding with a rectangular panel, where both members are aligned and contiguously bonded. In a contiguous manufacturing step of this liquid-crystal display element, from among a polarizing film sheet, which is formed from a regular sheet which does not include defects and an irregular sheet which includes defects, and which is formed upon a carrier film which is included in a band-shaped film layer body, it is possible for the regular sheet to be reliably separated from the carrier film with the sending of the band-shaped film layer body and a separation means being coupled, while the irregular sheet may be reliably rolled up while bonded to the carrier film with the sending of the band-shaped film layer body being decoupled from the separation means.
