Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display element sealant that makes cracks or breaks unlikely to occur in a substrate, even for a liquid crystal display element designed with a narrow frame. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a vertical conduction material and liquid crystal display element made using the liquid crystal display element sealant. Yet another purpose of the present invention is to provide a cured product obtained by curing the liquid crystal display element sealant.
The present invention is a liquid crystal display element sealant that contains a curable resin, a polymerization initiator, and/or a thermosetting agent, and the pencil hardness of the cured product based on JIS K 5600-5-4 is less than or equal to 3H.
