Provided are a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display apparatus. The liquid crystal display panel comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate, the first substrate and the second substrate being arranged opposite to each other; a liquid crystal layer, the liquid crystal layer being disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a heating electrode layer, the heating electrode layer being provided at a side of the first substrate distant from the second substrate, the heating electrode layer comprising multiple heating electrodes, and the multiple heating electrodes each being used to heat liquid crystals in the liquid crystal layer. The first substrate comprises a first zone and a second zone, the first zone being closer to a side edge of the first substrate than the second zone is; the multiple heating electrodes comprise a first heating electrode located in the first zone and at least one second heating electrode located in the second zone, heating power of the first heating electrode being greater than the heating power of each of the at least one second heating electrodes.
