Abstract:
Provided are an electrostatic-discharge circuit and a liquid-crystal display panel having said electrostatic-discharge circuit; the electrostatic-discharge circuit is arranged on the liquid-crystal display panel, and said electrostatic-discharge circuit comprises: a ground wire (40) arranged on the data driver (30) of the liquid-crystal display panel (40), said ground wire (40) being electrically grounded; a plurality of discharge wires (50) arranged in the display region (10) of the liquid-crystal display panel and connected to the ground wire (40). The electrostatic-discharge circuit covers the display region (10) and the data driver (30) on the liquid-crystal display panel; thus nearest grounding wires (such as closed-loop wires, ground wires, or electrical-discharge wires) are distributed near each active component and each wire on the entire liquid-crystal display panel; when an electrostatic charge is generated, the destructive electrostatic-charge energy may be directed into the earth via a nearby grounding wire, thereby protecting the electronic components on the liquid-crystal display panel and improving the yield of the liquid-crystal display panel.
