A liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method includes: coating a photoresist layer (11) on a substrate (10); performing a primary exposure by employing first exposure energy (E1) and a first photomask (12), so as to form a spacing column (P1) having a first height (H1), wherein the first photomask (12) is provided with a first light-transmitting area (121) corresponding to a dark cluster area; performing a secondary exposure by employing second exposure energy (E2) and a second photomask (22), so as to form a spacing column (P2) having a second height (H2), wherein the second photomask (22) is provided with a second light-transmitting area (221) corresponding to the dark cluster area, and the second height (H2) is greater than the first height (H1); and removing the photoresist layer (11) that is not exposed. By means of the method, the efficiency of a liquid crystal in a dark cluster area can be increased, and the penetration rate of pixels in the dark cluster area is guaranteed, thereby reducing or eliminating the dark cluster area of a liquid crystal display panel.
