Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display panel having a narrowed frame by reducing the width of a placement region of trunk lines with respect to an auxiliary capacitance of each pixel, thereby preventing the occurrence of uneven display and achieving good display quality.
A liquid crystal display panel is provided with: auxiliary capacitances respectively provided in multiple pixels on a substrate; multiple auxiliary capacitance lines 37 which are arranged in a column direction so as to belong to the same group at intervals of multiple rows, and connected to the respective auxiliary capacitances; multiple branch lines 38 which are arranged in a row direction, and each connected to the auxiliary capacitance lines 37 of the same group; multiple truck lines 71-82 which are disposed at an edge in the column direction of the substrate, and individually supply signals to the branch lines 38; and an auxiliary capacitance control unit 7 which sends out a control signal to the auxiliary capacitances from the trunk lines 71-82 via the branch lines 38 and the auxiliary capacitance lines 37. The groups are divided into multiple units in the column direction, trunk lines of groups of the same unit are arranged in the column direction, trunk lines of groups of different units are arranged in the row direction, and the auxiliary capacitance control unit 7 sends out the control signal to the trunk lines in every multiple units.
