Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid-crystal element. The liquid-crystal element of the present invention can implement a transparent white state, a transparent black state, and a scattering state according to the level of voltage applied at an identical frequency. The liquid-crystal element may be applied to vehicle windows, smart windows, window protective films, display devices, light-shielding plates for display, active retarders for displaying 3D images, or films for adjusting viewing angle.
