Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a blinking display device and a blinking display method so as to have colorful and effective display even in a daytime by using a blinking monochrome liquid crystal panel. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A liquid crystal panel (1) is placed over a display plane of an object (2) to be displayed. When a current is carried in the crystal panel (1), the display plane is blocked with the liquid crystal panel (1), and the display plane is displayed through the liquid crystal panel (1) which has become transparent when the current is not carried in the liquid crystal panel (1). The object (2) is provided by printing on a light reflecting sheet or film. The object (2), the liquid crystal panel (1), a control board (3) and a solar battery are stored in a storing case (5) made of a transparent epoxy resin. Having a transparent epoxy resin as a coating material (6), the storing case (5) is filled with the coating material (6) and the storing case (5) is hermetically sealed.
