Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a liquid crystal polymer composition, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The liquid crystal polymer composition of the present invention comprises, in parts by weight: 100 parts of liquid crystal polymer resins, 10-80 parts of fibrous fillers, and 15-80 parts of laminal fillers, wherein the mass ratio of the fibrous fillers to the laminal fillers is (0.2-2):1; in the fibrous fillers, the weight percentage of a fibrous filler having a reserved length less than or equal to 100 μm is greater than or equal to 50%, and the weight percentage of a fibrous filler having a reserved length greater than or equal to 250 μm is 1-5%; and the laminal fillers are composed of a small laminal filler having a particle size D50 of 2.5-4.5 μm and a large laminal filler having a particle size D50 of 48-70 μm according to a mass ratio of (0.5-2):1. According to the present invention, fibrous fillers having different reserved lengths are mutually interwoven to form an interwoven structure, and the interwoven structure is combined with a small laminal filler, such that the shrinkage difference between the vertical flowing direction and the flowing direction of a liquid crystal polymer composition is effectively improved while a large laminal filler is uniformly dispersed, thereby effectively solving the problem caused by agglomeration of the laminal fillers.
