Title:
LIQUID CRYSTAL X-RAY DETECTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/203452
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid crystal X-ray detector and a manufacturing method therefor, whereby a liquid crystal part may be manufactured using only one substrate by means of forming one alignment film, among a pair of alignment films necessary when forming a liquid crystal layer, on a selenium layer, and here, the alignment film formed on the selenium layer may be formed under room temperature, and thus the deformation of or damage to the selenium layer as a result of the impact of temperature may be prevented. The liquid crystal X-ray detector, according to the present invention, comprises: a photoconductor part; and a liquid crystal part provided on the photoconductor part. The photoconductor part comprises: a first substrate; a selenium layer formed on the first substrate; and a first alignment film formed on the selenium layer. The first alignment film is formed from parylene deposited under a temperature of less than 45°C and under a vacuum atmosphere. The liquid crystal part comprises: a second substrate; a second alignment film formed on the second substrate and facing the first alignment film; and a liquid crystal layer provided between the first alignment film and the second alignment film.
