Abstract:
The present invention provides a liquid developer which comprises toner particles having both good dispersion stability and good surface smoothness, and which has excellent image quality, fixability and storage stability. This liquid developer contains an insulating liquid and toner particles that are insoluble in the insulating liquid, and is characterized in that the toner particles contain a polyamine compound, while containing a binder resin and a coloring agent that has an acidic group, or alternatively, a coloring agent and a binder resin that has an acidic group.
