Title:
LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, LIQUID DISCHARGE METHOD, AND PORTABLE WASH STAND HAVING WATER SUPPLY FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/029818
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A liquid can be continuously discharged in a poor environment in a disaster-stricken area without having to lift or tilt a large liquid container such as a plastic container and without having to use electrical energy. A bellow container is contracted by a person stepping on the bellow container, and a balloon in a pressure tank of a siphon-type pump is thereby expanded, causing air in the pressure tank to be discharged from a discharge pipe. After the stepping force on the bellow container has weakened, the volume of the bellow container is restored by the restoring force of a spring in the bellow container. The balloon contracts and produces negative pressure in the pressure tank, causing a liquid to be sucked up from a large liquid container such as a plastic container, and then the liquid that has been sucked up can be discharged by a person stepping on and contracting the bellow container to thereby expand the balloon.
