Abstract:
Provided are a film-shaped check valve which is capable of improving the tight adhesion and flatness of two laminated front and back plastic films sheets which achieve a checking function when superimposed and which has a high stability (directivity) in the discharge direction of a content to be packaged, and a flexible packaging bag provided with the same. A flat film-shaped check valve having a self-seal and check function, for a liquid filling soft packaging bag is provided to protrude from an upper portion of one of the side edges or a top portion of a bag body. The film-shaped check valve is formed of two laminated front and back plastic films having sealant layers which are located on the inside when the plastic films are faced to each other and which are mutually welded at the base ends of the sealant layers to be bonded to the inside of the bag body and at the outer peripheral portions of the sealant layers other than the central portion which defines a discharge passage for the liquid content to be packaged, thereby forming the discharge passage at the central portion. In the film-shaped check valve or a flexible packaging bag having the film-shaped check valve welded to and projecting from the inner surface of the upper portion of one of the side edges or the top portion of the bag body, the front and back plastic films superimposed have different thicknesses and/or stiffnesses.
