Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid dispenser and, more specifically, to a liquid dispenser which enables a liquid cosmetic solution such as essence to easily permeate a user's skin along a gear-type needle part while the gear-type needle part is in contact with the user's skin, wherein the gear-type needle part rotates in order enable the liquid cosmetic solution to permeate the user's skin well.
