Abstract:
Provided is a liquid egg receiver that can be configured so that the fall distance between the receiver and a gutter is short compared to prior art, and impact applied to a liquid egg when released from the receiver to a bowl can be reduced. The liquid egg receiver 1 comprises: a first container 11 that receives a liquid egg including an egg yolk and albumen supplied from above, separates the albumen from the liquid egg, and contains the egg yolk; a second container 12 that is located below the first container 11 and receives the albumen separated from the liquid egg by the first container 11; a first shaft part 111 that comprises a first rotary shaft extending parallel to a conveyance direction in which the first container 11 is conveyed and extends from the first container 11; a first tilting mechanism that tilts the first container 11 at a predetermined angle by causing the first shaft part 111 to rotate; a second shaft part 121 that comprises a second rotary shaft extending parallel to the conveyance direction and extends from the second container 12; and a second tilting mechanism that tilts the second container 12 at a predetermined angle by causing the second shaft part 121 to rotate.
