Abstract:
A liquid feeding device of the present invention is provided with a plunger pump having: a pump body; a pump head, which is provided at a leading end of the pump body, and which has a pump chamber inside; a plunger, which extends from the pump body side to the pump head side, and a leading end of which is inserted into the pump chamber; and a drive mechanism, which holds a base end of the plunger and reciprocates the plunger in the axis direction of the plunger. The liquid feeding device is also provided with a housing that houses the plunger pump. The housing has a pump body housing section that houses the pump body, and a pump head housing section. The pump head housing section is surrounded by a heat insulating member.
