Abstract:
In a liquid feeding method according to the present invention, a first liquid is supplied to the interior of a fine flow path, the first liquid is recovered from the interior of the fine flow path, subsequently, a first amount of a second liquid is discharged without sealing a pipette-tip insertion hole, and a second amount of the second liquid is discharged with the pipette-tip insertion hole being sealed, thus supplying the second liquid to the interior of the fine flow path.
