A liquid-filled suspension which connects one of separate members to the other and comprises a cylindrical-shaped mount rubber (43) secured to the one of the separate members and having the other of the separate members axially slidably fitted thereonto, said mount rubber (43) being formed by laminating a plurality of rubber layers (46a, 46b, 46c), which are different in at least one of radial thickness and axial height, with a plurality of cylindrical-shaped members (45a, 45b, 45c) therebetween, and a spring member (57) interposed between a damper plate (50) and the inner bottom surface of a container (40) and comprising a coil spring. With such arrangement, a large stroke in an axial direction is obtained and vibration isolation and preventing of rolling due to vibration are both ensured in a lateral direction.
