Abstract:
This liquid filling apparatus 1 for filling an object to be filled 2 with liquid 3 comprises: a liquid supply part 13; a nozzle 20 having a supply port 21 and a seal surface 22; a driving rod 31 disposed inside a liquid supply passage 11 movably in the vertical direction; and a seal member 32 fixed to the driving rod 31, the apparatus being characterized in that a gap 60 is provided between a supporting surface 31b of the driving rod 31 and a facing surface 32b of the seal member 32.
