Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fire extinguisher for suppressing fire, comprising: a body (10) for accommodating a fire extinguishing agent (11) therein; a handle part (20) having a lever (21) which is formed on one side of the body (10) and can be held by a user, and a through pin (22) which can be moved forward and backward by the operation of the lever (21); a liquefaction vessel (30) which is in communication with the body (10) and includes a liquefied gas (31) so as to push away the fire extinguishing agent (11) by means of a pressure thereof; a communication means (40) which enables the handle part (20) and the liquefaction vessel (30) to communicate with each other, and enables the liquefied gas (31) of the liquefaction vessel (30) to be introduced to the inside of the body (10); and a discharge means (50), formed on the distal end of the body (10), for enabling the fire extinguishing agent (11) to be sprayed to the outside by means of the pressure of the liquefied gas (31) introduced via the communication means (40). Accordingly, since the present invention enables an operator to suppress fire in a posture as if the operator carries a rifle, the present invention can improve accuracy of direction toward fire, facilitate a hold, and provide ease of precisely suppressing fire from a far distance by aiming at an ignition point and an effect of maintaining a distance from the ignition point.
