Abstract:
The present invention provides e.g. a liquid-form emulsion product that is easy to open and seal any number of times, is less likely to leak during storage, is easy to handle, allows easy pouring by controlling the usage and the amount of use depending on the user's actual purpose, and can easily keep quality and flavor in an excellent state. Disclosed is a liquid-form emulsion product in a container, the liquid-form emulsion product being obtained by filling a pasteurized and/or sterilized spout-equipped gusset pouch container with a pasteurized and/or sterilized liquid-form emulsion. Also disclosed is a method for producing a liquid-form emulsion product, the method comprising: a step of aseptically filling, with a liquid-form emulsion subjected to a pasteurization treatment and/or sterilization treatment, a gusset pouch that is formed from a soft packaging sheet having laminated thereon an aluminum foil or an aluminum-deposited film, the gusset pouch being provided with a spout attachment part and having been subjected to a pasteurization treatment and/or sterilization treatment; a step of aseptically attaching a spout to the spout attachment part; and a step of sealing the gusset pouch.
