Abstract:
A liquid fuel synthesis system (1) comprises: a reformer (12) for reforming a hydrocarbon
raw material to produce a synthetic gas composed mainly of a carbon monoxide gas
and a hydrogen gas; a bubble column reactor (30) for synthesizing a liquid hydrocarbon
from the carbon monoxide gas and the hydrogen gas contained in the synthetic gas;
a pipe (150) as a path for supplying the synthetic gas in the reformer (12) into
the bubble column reactor (30); and a first compressor unit (110) for compressing
the synthetic gas produced in the reformer (12) to at least such a level that the
compressed synthetic gas has a pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined
reaction pressure in the bubble column reactor (30).
