Disclosed is a liquid injection device (11), comprising: a bottle body (22) and a liquid injector (21), wherein the bottle body (22) is used for accommodating a liquid; the bottle body (22) comprises an elastic bottle body (222) and a bottle opening part (221) located on the bottle body (222); the liquid injector (21) comprises a liquid injection needle (110) and an elastic device; the liquid injection needle (110) is provided with a conducting tube; the elastic device is in sealed connection with the bottle opening part (221); the liquid injection needle (110) is arranged on the elastic device; and the conducting tube of the liquid injection needle (110) is in a connected or disconnected state between the liquid in the bottle body (22) and the outside under the action of an external force and the elastic device. The liquid injection device can realize a good liquid seal, that is, the liquid will not overflow or drip somewhere else during liquid injection, and liquid leakage due to the inversion of liquid after liquid injection will not occur.
