Abstract:
Disclosed are a liquid jet head manufacturing method, an integrally shaped liquid spraying apparatus manufacturing method, a liquid jet head, a printing apparatus and a liquid apparatus, wherein the manufacturing method comprises forming multiple pressure-generating components arranged spaced apart on a first base (1); forming, on a first surface of the first base (1), pressure chambers (5) corresponding to the multiple pressure-generating components, and a common chamber (8) in communication with the multiple pressure chambers (5); forming a transition layer (6a) on the pressure chambers (5) by means of a bonding process, and forming a jet hole plate (7a) on the transition layer (6a); and forming jet holes (7) in communication with the pressure chambers (6) on the jet hole plate (7a) and the transition layer (6a) by means of a photoetching process. The pressure chambers (5) and the common chamber (8) are formed on the first surface of the first base (1), and when the number of pressure chambers (5) of the liquid jet head needs to be increased, pressure chambers (5) are formed independently on the first base (1), such that the mechanical strength of the first base (1) will not be reduced, and damage to the first base (1) can be avoided during manufacture, thereby improving the finished product yield of liquid jet heads and reducing manufacturing costs.
