Abstract:
This liquid leakage detection unit is assembled to a movable shaft (21), and is provided with: a first seal material (23A) for sealing a liquid in a liquid-side space (60) on the outer periphery of the shaft (21), said first seal material being provided on the outer periphery of the shaft (21); a second seal material (23B), which is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft (21) by being disposed, in the axis direction of the shaft (21), on the side opposite to the liquid-side space (60) with respect to the first seal material (23A), and defines an inter-seal space (65) between the first seal material (23A) and the second seal material; a first liquid information acquisition device (110B) that acquires liquid information of a liquid positioned in the inter-seal space (65); and a control unit (180) that monitors, on the basis of the information obtained from the first liquid information acquisition device (110B), a change of the state of the liquid positioned in the inter-seal space (65).
