A liquid lens of an embodiment comprises: a first plate including a cavity in which a conductive liquid and a nonconductive liquid are disposed and a first through hole in which at least one of a conductive material or an adhesive material is disposed; a first electrode disposed on the first plate; a second electrode disposed below the first plate and including a plurality of electrode sectors; a second plate disposed on the first electrode; and a third plate disposed below the second electrode.
