Abstract:
A liquid level detection device that detects the liquid level of a liquid that is in a container. The liquid level detection device comprises a heater that heats the container, a plurality of temperature sensors that are provided at different heights on the container and detect the surface temperature of the container, and a control device that, on the basis of the surface temperature of the container as detected by the plurality of temperature sensors when the heater has been made to heat, detects the liquid level of the liquid that is in the container.
